Leadership & Decisions


Leadership comes with responsibilities
Responsibilities come with decisions
Decisions bring consequences
CONSEQUENCES-We must accept and adequately prepare and carter for!
Who can blame the sacked bank CEOs and MDs; they are facing the consequence of their decisions-very difficult decisions!
